Absolutely not! Kangoos are safe, stable, and balance themselves! The hardest part in fact is standing still which is great because it keeps you moving! In Kangoos your core is constantly engaged so you have to constantly stabilize and this gives your core an incredible workout when you are exercising. Kangoos are actually SAFER than rollerblades!
