Kangoo Konditioning

KANGOO KONDITIONING is a HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING program that utilizes Kangoo Jumps, dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight resistance. Geared more for the serious athlete, KANGOO KONDITIONING is based on intervals of steep peaks and valleys to dramatically increase cardiovascular fitness and raise the body's potential to burn fat. The unique sequencing and combination of intense cardio, strength-training, plyometrics, and jumps will take your fitness to an entirely new level, literally.

 

KANGOO KONDITIONING gives you a high intensity workout that is low impact on your joints. Full of sports conditioning/athletic drills and plyometrics and very easy to follow you'll get all the benefits of explosive plyometric training like box jumps, bounding, tuck jumps, squat jumps, etc without hurting your knees or other joints that will translate into improved athletic performance in race times (reducing race times), competitive and/or recreational sports, and other physical activities.
