Kangoo Jumps are still a very new product and unfortunately there are no main stream stores carrying them here in the US. If you are in the NYC area I can however meet you at the gym I teach classes at Club H 55th St. btw 9th and 10th whenever the both of our schedules permit to have you try them on briefly. You can also schedule a private 45 minute session with me (which is reccommended so you know how to maximize using your kangoos) or attend a kangoo class. The shoes have a 30 days return policy in the event that you don't like them. (You will LOVE them! :-) Also please contact me if you are an independent store interested in offering Kangoo Jumps!
There are 4 main models of KJ's. The KJ power shoe which is for kids, the KJ-XR3 which is the standard model for adults, the KJ-Armstrong which is the soft shoe version mainly for adults who are long distance runners and want a lighter weight shoe, and the KJ-Pro which is for heavier people and elite athletes. For most adults the Kangoo that I recommend you get is the KJ-XR3 (it also comes in Special Edition and Special Edition White colors). If you are heavier (over 220 lbs) or an elite athlete I suggest going for the pros. The pros have heavier and thicker shells, are a harder workout, and give you almost twice the rebound as you would get in the XR3's. Kangoos have a life expectancy of 5 years, all parts are replaceable, and they are cheaper than a knee replacement.
Product Warranty: Kangoo Jumps are warranted by KangooJumps Head Office, RDM sarl, Switzerland to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. If found defective, replacement or repair will be authorized subject to the following limitations.
1. Warranty will be in effect for 365 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of purchase receipt. The warranty on "Shells" and "T-springs" components is however limited to 3 months.
2. KJ's are warranted for defects in materials or workmanship only and this does not include normal wear & tear.
If you did not purchase your Kangoo Jumps through this website, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your Kangoo Jump, for repair or exchange and warranty does not cover postage charges. This is the seller’s sole liability from this sale and this warranty is limited to repair or, at seller’s sole discretion, replacement of defective product or component(s). If the boot portion is defective, the entire product will be replaced. If a component is defective, only that component will be replaced. Replacement products under this warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period. If believe your product is defective please complete a Warranty Issue Report Form.
Refund/Exchange Policy: If for some reason you don't LOVE them (but you totally will!) your Kangoo Jumps (KJs) can be returned for a full refund less the current Re-stocking Fee ($35 USD) for up to 30 days. Please email Mario.Green@yahoo.com for any return issues and inquiries.
Refunds will be promptly submited to your credit card processor or via paypal less the shipping costs and Re-stocking fee as long as the KJs are in new condition ready for direct re-sale.
Sizing: Kangoos are pretty true to size, come standardly multi-sized, and can accommodate up to 3 different sizes. As a rule of thumb if you are at the bottom of your size bracket unless you have wide feet you should move down a size bracket for the "perfect fit". If you are a half size unless you have wide feet move a size DOWN. Remember to always wear long thick socks like you would when you would go skiiing and use any inserts you would normally use in your shoes in your Kangoos. Here is the sizing list:
XSMALL (Women's Size 2 to 4)
SMALL (Women's Size 4 - 6, Men's Size 5 - 7) *Please note most women who are 4.5 or 5 feel better in a XSMALL.
MEDIUM (Women's Size 7 - 9, Men's Size 6 - 8) *Please note most women who are 7 or 7.5 feel better in a SMALL.
LARGE (Women's Size 10 - 12, Men's Size 9 - 11) *Please note most women 9.5 or 10 feel better in a MEDIUM
XLARGE (Men's Size 12 - 15)
