Bio:
Although he's in great shape now, genetically he was an overweight kid growing up. Green comes from a long family history of obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes. He had had enough of the teasing, sedentary lifestyle and bad health influences that he started changing his own behaviors and started proactively doing something about it. Green began working out, watching what he ate, and started becoming more physically active. Once he lost his mother at age 16 Green then made an unfaltering commitment to being healthy and working out because it helped him cope, relieved stress, and was a kind of therapy. Lifting weights, stretching, dancing and doing other cardio along with starting and consistently doing pilates when he was 18 has helped transform his body into what it is today.

Green was a B.F.A. Musical Theater and Dance major at the University of WI - Stevens Point and also taught fitness classes at the University of WI - Stevens Point Allen Center for Wellness and Health. Green's theatre and dance training has made him a very versatile fitness professional with a big and dynamic personality. In addition to working in the fitness industry he is a Singer/Actor/Dancer/Choreographer/Model. As a performer/dancer he has had the absolute pleasure to work with artists such as Madonna, Niki Harris, Jojo, Kevin Aviance, Kristine W, Rihanna, Backstreet Boys, Circuit Mom and Natasha Beddingfield. As a teacher/choreographer Green has taught workshops and master classes at many of the regional American College Dance Festivals, University of WI Stevens Point, Madison, and Milwaukee Universities, Wayne State University, University of Northern Iowa, and Purdue University. As a choreographer his work has been showcased at The House of Blues Chicago, Crobar Nightclub, Sound-bar, The Chicago Theatre, and Cabaret Cocktail Boutique. As a model he has been featured in Men's Health Magazine, Eastbay Magazine, Nike, Under Armour, and Calvin Klein print ads and campaigns.

Since Green was 18 he has been motivating, inspiring, and improving the lives of many dedicated individuals. The individual is responsible for achieving the results, and must know that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination. Green's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time. Let him help you change YOU and reach your body's full potential!
